Your attorney should be your warrior, and at the Simmons Law Firm, that is what you will get – someone who will go to battle for you.  Amber is a natural litigator.  While arguing her case often landed her in the principal’s office as a child, it has served her clients and community well during her career in politics and as an attorney.

Whether it is arguing to a judge, working with opposing counsel, or combing through document dumps to find the “smoking gun,” Amber does not back down from a fight and will put in the time and effort necessary to fight for you.

A good attorney is more than just an advocate, they are a counselor and “safe place” for their clients.  At the Simmons Law Firm, we will keep you informed as to what is happening in your case, be honest with you as to the realistic possibilities and work with you to come to a resolution that actually works for you.

At the Simmons Law Firm, we are cognizant of the fact that this is not just your “case,” this is your life.  You have a story to tell, and the end result needs to be something you can live with.  We want to make sure that your voice is heard during the legal process, and we will work with you to make that happen.

What Our Clients Are Saying

There is no one I trust more than Amber Simmons when it comes to legal advice, and especially protecting children. If it weren’t for Amber, I’d still be stuck in a horrible cycle of court abuse. She helped me gain a real voice during a tramautic time when I developed PTSD and was struggling to express my own thoughts. She saw my situation for what it was and got right to work supporting me in every way she could, both on and off the clock. Amber also has two beautiful children of her own and she still finds time to support our community on weekends. She is truly servant-hearted and someone I really admire and strive to be like.
